KIX Cafe Lounge NODOKA is located on the 2nd floor of the Aero Plaza Building, which houses the Nikko Hotel, located across from the main building of Kansai International Airport.

Directions: From the main building of Kansai Airport, go outside from the 2nd floor of the domestic terminal, follow the passageway labeled [AEROPLAZA] in the photo above, enter the Aeroplaza Building, and you will immediately arrive at the entrance.

It takes about 5 to 10 minutes from Kansai Airport Lounge NODOKA to the international departure gate at Kansai International Airport, so it is very convenient in terms of location.

KIX Cafe Lounge NODOKA usage fee

The usage fees for KIX Cafe Lounge NODOKA are as follows. Basically, the system charges an hourly usage fee, and you can receive hourly discounts by using Priority Pass or various gold cards.

When using Priority Pass, you can choose one of the following two plans.

When using the service, you will need a boarding pass for the same day's flight, or something that can confirm your flight reservation for the same day. If you use Priority Pass, you cannot use it from the day before if you are flying the next day. No shoes are allowed on the green mat, and there are many beaded cushions, making it a perfect place to take a short nap.

There are also a few private rooms and meeting rooms for groups in front of the right-hand passageway of Lounge NODOKA. There is also a separate booth for one person at the back of the lounge.

There are two types of individual booths: booths with mats where you can lie down and booths with reclining chairs, but the rooms where you can lie down are very popular and are often not available at night or early in the morning.

Shower room & toilet

There is a shower room and toilet in the center of the lounge. The shower room costs 990 yen for 40 minutes (includes amenities such as shampoo), but towels can be purchased separately for 440 yen.

If you do not have a towel, you will need to pay 1,430 yen to use the shower.

Magazine & newspaper corner

The lounge also has a corner with magazines and newspapers. Magazines include Japanese domestic travel and popular overseas travel information magazines, as well as some children's picture books.

Suitcase storage etc.

Behind the entrance counter, there is also a space for talking with mobile phones, a copy machine, and a suitcase storage area with a lock.

Valuables box

Group rooms available with Priority Pass

Now that I have introduced the general outline of [KIX Cafe Lounge NODOKA], I would like to introduce in detail the private room "Group Room" that we used using Priority Pass.

Kansai Airport Cafe Lounge NODOKA has about three group rooms, one of which is a large room that can accommodate 5 to 6 people, and the rest are rooms that can accommodate 2 to 3 people.

This time we were able to rent room 601, which is suitable for 2 to 3 people.

Inside the room (360 degree camera)

There is no lock on the door of the room, so it is not a completely private space, but the door still gives the room a relaxing atmosphere as if it were their own space.

Sofa and table

In the center of the room is a sofa bed and a table. The table moves when you push it, so if you pull a yoga mat on the floor, you can create a space to lie down underneath.

Wall mounted tv

There is a TV on the wall where you can watch terrestrial TV.

Amenities such as hangers and yoga mats

Behind the door, amenities such as hangers, yoga mats, and circulators are placed, as well as a space where you can store your suitcase.

However, there is no lock on the door, so be careful not to leave valuables in this area.

Free food and drinks with Priority Pass

If you use this cafe lounge NODOKA with Priority Pass, as mentioned above, you can receive two services for free from the following: 1 meal, 2 bottles of alcohol, and shower use.

This time we chose [meal] and [2 bottles of alcohol]. Shortly after entering the room, the lounge staff brought the food and drinks to me.

I ate shrimp pilaf (equivalent to 650 yen), Mizuki chose dakgalbi fried rice (equivalent to 700 yen), and for drinks I chose beer.

The food was a typical frozen meal (I think) and had a normal taste, but since I had arrived at Kansai International Airport early that morning and had not eaten breakfast, I was very grateful for this meal. Thank you for the meal!
